Please enter the building from the 4th floor of the parking garage and then walk through the bridge to Smilow Cancer Hospital. Enter the Air Rights Garage on your left. Follow hospital signs, then make a left turn onto South Frontage Road. Stay on Whalley until you see signs for Yale-New Haven at Park Street. 15) traveling southĮxit 59 immediately after tunnel. Follow the signs to enter the Air Rights Garage straight ahead. I-91 traveling southĮxit 1 to the Route 34 connector. I-95 traveling north or southĮxit 47 to Route 34 connector. Valet parking is also available at the entrance to Smilow Cancer Hospital at a rate of $7 for the first hour, $2 per additional 1/2 hour, and after 2 1/2 hours the parking fee will be set at $15 for any parking between 2 1/2 and 7 hours, any parking from 7 hours to 14 hours will be $25. Parking for visitors is $1 per hour for up to 7 hours and $20 for 7 hours to 24 hours. Visitors to the Smilow Cancer Hospital may park 24 hours a day in the Air Rights Garage above York Street.

If a parking meter is broken, New Haven City ordinance requires you to pay with a parking voucher or move your car to another space. After the first 24 hours, storage charges are $20 per day for the first 5 days, and $24 per day thereafter. Ticketed and towed vehicles incur a $77 tow fee payable to the tow company. The police will tell you if it was towed and why, as well as if you owe money for tickets or taxes. If you believe your car was towed, call the New Haven Police Department at (203) 946-6316.
